CAMBITION offers on-site IT maintenance and support to businesses. There are two main methods – Ad-hoc IT Support (non-contract (PAYG)) and On-site IT support (Contractual)

 

Ad-hoc IT support (pay as you go) – CAMBITION offer a service where a business can call and request a site visit for technical assistance as and when required.

 

On-site IT support (contractual) – This is the same as the pay as you go service however, if the customer is under a maintenance agreement which covers them for on-site support, this is a free service included in the monthly IT support plan and can be called upon as and when required.
