CAMBITION offer on-site IT maintenance and support to businesses. There are two main methods – Ad-hoc IT Support (non-contract (PAYG))

On-site IT support (Contractual)

Ad-hoc IT support (Pay As You Go): Businesses sometimes find their IT in a bit of a pinch. As such CAMBITION offer a service where a business can call and request a site visit for technical assistance. Our engineers are under no SLA’s, however, our goal is to have that company functioning again and the problem fixed as soon as possible. Our staff are experienced and knowledgeable and will have no issues diagnosing and fixing most technical challenges that occur within a business.

On-site IT support (Contractual): This is the same as the pay as you go service, however, if the customer is under a maintenance agreement which covers them for on-site support, this is a free service and can be called upon as and when required.
