As such, at CAMBITION we have fine-tuned our monthly contractual IT Support agreements for businesses to make them the most efficient and cost-effective solutions for companies of all sizes ranging from one man bands to medium enterprises.
What does monthly IT support offer?
Monthly Support agreements typically include free remote support, phone support, email support and consultation. However, sometimes this is not quite enough and a monthly onsite visit can be required to facilitate the business continuity for a company. Typically a monthly site visit will be pre-booked each month/week and organised where one of CAMBITION’s engineers will attend the customer’s site to review any and all technical challenges the users may be having, along with performing standard housekeeping tasks. This is more like insurance for that day where a company’s IT falls apart and you need someone there to fix the problems.
Our contractual SLA’s are to respond via email, remote access or phone as soon as physically possible, and our on-site visit SLA is next business day, however, we are usually there the same day. It is our duty and mantra to give our customers a very high level of service and care. We work to this ethos and will continue to do so.
