The Synthonix Case Study

Synthonix, a US-based, multinational Chemistry Industry supplier, needed an upgraded MAGENTO e-commerce website, with a full brand auditing and evolution process, to better position the business as a leader within their competitive industry.

 

The Solution

The enhanced User Interface of the website features a cleaner and more minimalistic layout, with bespoke and brand consistent icons designed, that in turn facilitates a more direct interaction for the customer, enabling them to navigate the thousands of individual products at ease. Furthermore, client and customer feedback was included in the testing phase of the website, to establish the most optimal solution possible.

 

The Results

As part of the renewed marketing push, in-line with the brand evolution strategy, Synthonix exhibited at various Chemical Industry seminars and trade events to showcase the improved aesthetic and sales message. Significant business gains were made from this launch period onwards, with an approximate 30% uplift on sales.
